COVID-19 Questions?

Are there any riding restrictions?

Age: Minimum age of a rider is 7 years old.
Weight: Maximum rider weight is 250 lbs.
Helmets: Helmets are required for riders ages 7 -17 years old and will be provided.
Health: Reasonable good health and the ability to mount a horse.

Do we ride in the rain?

Our staff and horses love their jobs, and a little rain doesn't stop us from hitting the Battlefield trails! However, we will only ride if it safe for our staff, guests and horses. In extreme cases of inclement weather, we may need to cancel a tour. In the event that we cancel your ride, you will be given a full refund.

Do I need to have riding experience?

Nope!  Our tours are enjoyable for all riders, from no experience to pro. We encourage first time riders and love the opportunity to introduce you to joys of riding on one of our beloved horses.

Why do we have these rules in place?

We love providing our customers with an incredible experience just as much as we love our horses! We have these rules in place to ensure your safety as well as keeping our beloved horses safe. This allows everyone to have a comfortable, safe and enjoyable ride.

Do we offer private tours?

Absolutely! When we are given enough notice. So please give us a call at (717) 253-6300 or send us an e-mail so we can happily accommodate your request! *additional charges will apply

Can I tip the staff?

We all work very hard to make sure that you have an exceptional riding experience! Tipping your guide or wrangler is not required, but will be greatly appreciated.
