Gettysburg Battlefield Trail
Rides begin at the “McMillan Woods Campground”.
If you are scheduled for a trail ride, please meet us at McMillan Woods
Campground. We will lose valuable riding time if you go to the farm by
mistake.
Directions to Trail Ride Starting Point at “McMillan Woods Campground”
are as follows:
From downtown Gettysburg, take Rt.30 West for 8/10 of a mile.
Turn left on Seminary Ridge. Go straight at the next 2 stop
signs.
Go straight at the traffic light (Seminary Ridge becomes Confederate
Ave here).
Go 3/4 of a mile & turn right on gravel road to McMillan
Woods Youth Group Campground.
Follow the road and in a few hundred feet you will see horse
trailers. Park in designated area.
